Hello and Welcome! I'm Marion Marino and I'm a Certified Life and Leadership Coach with a passion for helping women navigate change and manage major life transitions.
At home, these women are daughters, sisters, wives, partners, mothers, caregivers, and friends. At work, they are professionals, executives, leaders, and employees. Typically, my clients have spent years being defined by these many roles, and when they find those roles have changed or disappeared altogether, I help them find their voice and move through the emotional pain of change.
Seeking a new identity, my clients can often sit in silence, feeling lost, unfulfilled, overwhelmed, uninspired, under-appreciated, and maybe even a little guilty or selfish for wanting more for themselves. They know something needs to change but don't know what, how or where to begin. That's where I come in!
Women just like you inspired me to establish my own seminar and coaching practice where I empower and inspire women through the transition to a more fulfilled life; a life defined by them.
By working together and without judgment, I use my coaching skills to help my clients explore options, discover opportunities, and create an inspired plan of action uniquely designed to reach their goals, whatever they may be. I am a Change Agent in life’s transitions.
My journey has been full of changes, lessons, and growth. I am grateful and honored to now help other women like you manage life’s transitions in order to Live with Intention, Lead with Integrity and Learn with Inspiration.
Before becoming a coach, I spent 25 years as a healthcare executive working for large multi-specialty organizations and major healthcare systems in New York City.
When I am not coaching, I enjoy spending time with my other passions: gourmet cooking, entertaining, dancing, and going to jazz clubs with my husband.
I’ve experienced almost every change that life can offer a woman: divorce after 28 years of marriage, a breast cancer diagnosis, a mastectomy and chemotherapy, becoming a caregiver to my mother with leukemia, loss of my only living parent, and living on my own following my divorce and my children moving away.
In the blink of an eye my identity was gone, and I had no idea who the woman was staring back at me in the mirror. I was no longer filling the roles of daughter or wife, and my role of mother was completely redefined under new terms. Stripped of these roles I had skillfully played for so long, I was lost and trying to find out who I was in this world.
With my newfound freedom came a tremendous sense of loss and sadness. I was weary, uninspired, overwhelmed and full of regret for all the things I had never done. I felt ashamed at how my life lacked fulfillment after all these years, which lead to loneliness and isolation. In desperation, I did the only thing I knew how to do and that was to throw myself into my career to avoid going home to an empty apartment.
Once I finally had enough, I began the internal journey I had strategically avoided for so long. I worked with my own certified professional coach who helped me sort out my feelings and emotions and I redefined who I am. I was transformed! I found my voice and in doing so, discovered my life’s passion. Now is the time to find YOURS and I can help you!
A life coach can support you in finding and staying on your path. By building a relationship with my clients, I can help you stay motivated and on-task, helping you move toward your long term far-reaching goals.
Every client jointly signs a commitment contract with their life coach. I set the terms of the commitment contract to fit your individual goals and plans.
The first step is to schedule an introductory session. In that session, we will get an idea of how well we work together and what our next steps should be from there.
